Gavin Donaldson

Head Coach

Gavin Donaldson just completed his 25th year on the sidelines for the Wesleyan mens soccer program. He has compiled a career record of 300-152-45 at WVWC and an overall record of 350-201-54 in 30 seasons.

His 350 victories place him sixth on the NCAA Division II Mens Soccer Winningest Active Coaching list.

The Brandon, Vt. native has led the Bobcats to four NCAA Tournaments, including a run to the Elite Eight in 2010. Donaldson also coached Wesleyan for four seasons in NAIA, making a pair of appearances in the NAIA Tournament, going 21-0-2 in 1992. He won the 1994 NAIA National Championship. He has also claimed 11 conference championships.


Ryan McDougall

Assistant Coach

Coach McDougall is entering his fifth season as the assistant/goalkeeper coach with the mens soccer program.

McDougall attended West Virginia Wesleyan College from 2008 to 2012. He was a part of 2010 team that finished sixth in the nation. He has experience coaching goalkeepers at the ODP and club level in West Virginia.

Hes originally from Granby, Conneticut where he attended Granby Memorial High School.
