Washington Track Camps is excited to begin a new training opportunity for the youth of Seattle. This winters speed training clinic is being offered through a partnership with Felite Performance. Imagine getting training from a world-class coach side by side with competitive athletes who share your same goal, to prepare for the upcoming track season. That is exactly what we will be doing.
Join Falesha Johnson the founder of Felite Performance once a week to get ready for the spring track season. Falesha has 10+ years of experience from her collegiate journey at the University of Washington becoming a two-time All American and then through her professional career running for Brooks Running. Falesha has created an effective training program from her time as a volunteer coach at UW, coaching Lewis and Clark High School to a 4A 2nd place team title, 100m, 4x1, 4x2 first place finish along with other top 5 finishes in the sprints.
Falesha will bring her knowledge to prepare local sprinters for the upcoming season through conditioning, running drills, plyometric drills, bodyweight exercises, explosive drills, core exercises, mobility drills, and circuits to increase your stamina to prepare your body for a great season. We will be doing anything from technical drills like A skips and bounds, to explosive drills like medicine ball throws, to mini hurdle sprints to work on strides and knee lift.
The Felite Performance Speed and Conditioning Clinic is open to any male and female athletes from 7th 12th grades. We encourage athletes of all abilities to attend, and will make sure each individual is challenged, but not over-trained. Our hope is that the athletes will get a nice jump on their spring track season, and stay motivated and excited through the winter.
You will be meeting once a week and training in an indoor turf facility, you will not be spiking up or running on a track during this session. Falesha will provide one running workout for athletes to do on their own every week, i.e. 10 hill sprints/ 15 x100m strides. You can request a full personalized training plan at an additional cost.
The group will meet at Crossfit 425 in Bellevue on Sunday mornings. The crossfit gym is equipped with turf for indoor training.
The cost for the training is $210.00 for the winter session. This includes a 90 min training session and one workout to do on their own a week.
Supervision and Conduct
Athletes will be supervised at all time to ensure a secure and safe environment. Any misconduct by a member is grounds for immediate dismissal from the club without a refund.
Please bring a completed Medical Wavier to the first day of winter training. Members WILL NOT be able to participate without a wavier signed by a parent or legal guardian. Download Waiver
Directions & Parking Information
Crossfit 425 is off of Bel-Red Rd and in the middle of the link construction. You will see a sign stating Crossfit 425 off of 132nd Ave NE, directing you down an alley close to a fence and you will find ample parking.
Refund policy: Should you register for Winter Speed and Conditioning Clinic and later decide you are unable to attend, you may receive a refund IF YOU PURCHASED CANCELLATION PROTECTION and your request is at least seven (7) days prior to the start of club. No refunds will be issued IF cancellation protection was NOT selected and purchased online. Your refund will most likely be sent to you in the form of a check to the address we have on file. Please be advised refunds may take 4 weeks to process from the date of your request. Send any questions regarding refunds to email@example.com.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp.
