KP and Aolani Perry loved this camp and noted it was the best soccer camp experience theyve ever had. And they have attended many camps across MD and VA.Aolani wished she could have had this experience earlier than as a rising U-16 last summer; Usually disgruntled that she is in camp on her birthday, she felt that last years regimen was a birthday present! Best interaction with the coaches by any measure. KP will be returning and is registered. She is extremely excited about returning!

Great camp again this year! The first thing Dale said to me when he got in the vehicle was “I get to go for 2 more years – the camp goes til age 14.”,

The best review is from the kids. As you know Dales cousin was visiting from out of town and he only sees him once every year or two. Every day I asked him if he wanted me to pick him up early to go to the pool & hang out with his cuz, and every day he said ” pick me up @ 3 – you know I love this camp!” He even wanted to know why he couldnt stay for after care this year…

The icing on the cake was that his team, Spain, won the final game & Dale scored a hat trick! Unfortunately I didnt have a hat to throw onto the pitch, but he knew I was there to see it.

I am also thankful that the rain held off every day until after 3:00. The sprinklers mid-week were a nice touch. I know you had some folks that werent on board with it – but the kids loved it & you did fore-warn us with the email. I vote you do the sprinklers again next year 🙂

You & your team do a great job and I will be sure to spread the word again next year.

Thanks again – well see ya on the pitch!

The UMBC Soccer Camp was an incredible experience for our son and two daughters. The well planned week of activities gave our kids the opportunity to learn foot skills, game strategy, and an appreciation for the culture of soccer. This was evident in the techniques the kids shared when they got home each day from camp and by their excitement that built through the week culminating in the World Cup inspired festivities and parade. Our children are eagerly awaiting another summer with the wonderful UMBC camp staff. The professionalism of the staff is a reflection of the leadership and experience that Coach Leslie and Coach Steve bring to the UMBC soccer program. Thank you to the UMBC soccer program for inspiring our three developing soccer players. See you this summer!

Dear Coach Wray,

Id actually been meaning to write to thank you again for the great camp experience – my daughter Lindsey really enjoyed the time, and were grateful for the quality of the staff and the program that you put together.

Lindsey is entering her first year of high school, and we just found out this week that she has made the high school team – in large part because of the great preparation that the UMBC camp gave her.
