Home of the Kat Conner Soccer Academy


The Bobcat soccer complex features two championship soccer fields, a full-service track, concession stand, equipment room, restrooms, locker rooms weight room, changing area, showers and satellite training room and a 500 seat grandstand. Located on the north end of campus this facility is placed perfectly next to a major entrance into campus.

Kat Conner, Head Soccer Coach at Texas State University is offering summer camps for young players, field and goalkeepers, to enhance their capabilities of the four components of soccer: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological. Camp sessions will be divided by age and skill level and will be under the guidance of the Texas State Soccer staff. Check-in at 8 a.m. and check-out at noon daily.


What to bring
All campers should bring a light snack to eat each morning.
Soccer shorts
Cleated shoes
Flat-Soled shoes (running shoes)
Soccer Ball
A water bottle (ice water is provided)
Please label everything you bring to camp with your name.


Optional Items: Medications (Please notify us of medical conditions and/or medications)


Note: If choosing not to pay in full at time of registration and paying deposit only, please be advised that your balance will be charged June 1st, 2018.


Kat Conner soccer camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade, and/or gender.
Texas State University-San Marcos is not the operator of this camp.

Physical and Insurance Information

All campers are required to submit a valid physical prior to the start of camp. The physical may be on any form provided by your physician, but must clear the player for soccer and its physical exertions, and must be dated no earlier than twelve (12) months prior to the last day of camp. It must be signed by a physician, not a trainer, player or parent. A copy of both sides of the camper's insurance card is required, as well. This documentation may be submitted via email prior to camp, or brought to camp check in. 



Check-in at 8:00am and check-out at noon daily.



From I-35 North (Austin)
Take I-35 South toward San Marcos, TX. Exit Aquarena Springs Drive and take right. Turn right at onto Sessoms. Take Sessoms through campus to the soccer complex which will be on your left about 1.5 miles down.


From I-35 South (San Antonio)
Take I-35 North toward San Marcos, TX. Exit Aquarena Springs Drive and take left. Turn right at onto Sessoms. Take Sessoms through campus to the soccer complex which will be on your left about 1.5 miles down.


Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
