What To Bring:

Soccer shoes (cleated and indoor), shin guards, rain gear, sun block, bug spray, bathing suit. water bottle, soccer balls (balls may be purchased for $30/35), lunch and a snack.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: One t-shirt is issued to every camper but additional t-shirts are available for purchase for $25.

Do not bring: valuables, jewelry or anything not clearly marked with your name.

 

Medical Care:

An athletic trainer may be on duty to administer to minor injuries and ailments. For more serious problems, campers will be transported to the local area hospitals. Written authorization to administer prescribed medications must be signed by the parent or guardian.

 

Medical Waiver & Insurance:

Proof of medical insurance and a signed waiver are required. Pursuant to state law, No camper will be allowed to participate until all forms are received.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Full Day Academy Cancellation/Refund Policy: Campers sent home by the trainer due to an injury or illness will receive a pro-rated refund.

If a camper is dismissed from camp, departs camp early, or arrives late for any reason other than specified above, full payment is required and refunds will not be processed. If cancellations are made at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the session, Soccer Sphere will refund all fees less than 50% of the cost of the camp (service fee). If you cancel within two weeks of camp, Soccer Sphere will apply the tuition towards a future camp minus the service fee. All requests for a refund of any kind must be submitted in writing and any camp credits are non-transferable.

 

Community Day/Specialty Camps (other than Full Day Academy) Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Camp Ball:

Each camper must have a soccer ball. You may bring your own ball or purchase one from us. If you choose to purchase one from us in advance, the cost is $30. If you choose to purchase a ball at registration, the cost will be $35 if available.

 

Coach to Camper Ratio:

Soccer Sphere works to provide a coach to camper ratio for all camps of one coach for each nine campers registered.

 

Team/Training Group Assignments by Age and Skill Level:

Team and training group camp assignments are done by age and ability. The camp coaching staff will evaluate all players and place them with appropriate age and skill levels. Teams attending Soccer Sphere Camps can train and play as a team – arrangements for these training groups need to be made in advance.

 

Airport Transportation:

Please email Marc.hubbard@unh.edu well in advance to organize airport pickup. One of our staff members will pick you up and drop you off. Following roundtrip rates apply: $60 from Boston Logan Airport, $30 from Manchester Regional Airport.
