Rivier University Summer Camps

Establishing a fun, exciting, and encouraging atmosphere where your child can improve his or her skills and self esteem is a key focus of Rivier University sports camps.

The camps are specially designed to give youngsters from 7 to 15 opportunities to improve their individual sport skills in a relaxed, fun environment.

Each camper will receive a t-shirt as well as other prizes awarded throughout the week. All day camp sessions will also provide a nutritious lunch daily in the Rivier University Dining Center.

Activities include drill stations on fundamentals, games, and a variety of exciting contests. A low camper to-coach ratio (average 12:1) means maximum individual attention for each camper.

 

Campers of all skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced players. Campers will be grouped according to age, size, and playing experience.

 

We know a coach is the most important person involved in creating a positive camp experience for your child. That's why we select our coaches with great care. Our head coaching staff will be assisted by experienced coaches and top Rivier University student athletes.

Director: Brooke (Hutchinson) Arment

Brooke (Hutchinson) Arment entered her first season as the Head Coach with the Rivier University women's soccer program in 2018-19. (Hutchinson) Arment returns to Nashua after spending one season as an assistant coach at Wheaton (Mass.) College. Previous to Wheaton, she coached three years at Eastern Nazarene after a three-year stint as the Assistant Director of the Seacoast United Sports Club based out of Hampton, New Hampshire.

We know a coach is the most important person involved in creating a positive camp experience for your child. That's why we select our coaches with great care. Our head coaching staff will be assisted by experienced coaches and top Rivier University student athletes.

During our program, children may be videotaped or photographed by Rivier's Office of Marketing and Communications or local media for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to have your child videotaped or photographed, contact the program director.

 

Camp Check-in

On the first day of each camp, ALL Campers should sign in to confirm their registration in the:

At sign in all campers will receive further instruction as to where on campus their camp takes place.

 

ALL Camper should also bring any and all apparel and equipment to camp that they would bring to participate in the same sport for their town or travel team.

 

Meals

Meals: All day camp sessions provide a nutritious lunch daily in the Rivier University Dining Center.

 

Water: Each camper must bring a water bottle-water will be provided.

 

Miscellaneous Information

Refund Policy: There will be a $10.00 administrative fee for any refunds.

This camp is specially designed to give youngsters from 7 to 15 opportunities to improve their individual skills in a relaxed, fun environment.

 

Rivier Summer Soccer Camps establish a fun and exciting atmosphere where your child can improve his or her skills and self esteem. The camps are designed by Hayden Barbosa, Head Coach of the Rivier University Mens Soccer Program. Barbosa is a noted clinician and educator with the unique ability to foster a fun and engaging environment to challenge players of virtually all ages and levels!

 

Activities in each camp will include drill stations for fundamentals, games, and a variety of exciting contests. A low camper-to-coach ratio (average 12:1) means maximum individual attention for each camper.
