What do I need to complete prior to my child coming to camp?

You need two items prior to coming to camp completed:

1. Payment and registration via this website

2. Medical Waiver completed (email or bring to day of camp) you may also want to fill out your childs medial information by signing in to this website and through your My Dashboard entering the data. (A recent physical can take the place of a physicians signature). ** You will not be able to participate without the Medical Waiver/Parent Consent Form.

What should the camper bring?

The items you bring may vary if your overnight or commuting so here is a checklist you can reference:

· T-Shirts
· Spandex/Shorts
· Underwear/Sports bras
· Socks
· Gym shoes
· Kneepads
· Bedding/Pillow (Twin XL)
· Watch/Alarm Clock
· Soap/shampoo
· Towels
· Toothbrush/paste
· Flip flops (to wear in the shower)
· Clothes to sleep in, Swimsuit
· Money for snacks, Money for items for the camp store apparel.

What is your refund policy?

Camp Refund Policy: Full refunds minus a $50.00 administrative /processing fee will be given with a medical note signed by a doctor/physician stating the camper is unable to participate in camp up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp. No refunds will be issued within the 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp unless otherwise noted.

Camper cancellation insurance can be purchased at time of registration for $50.00.This cancellation insurance can only be purchased at the time of registration and allows for a full refund that camper needing to cancel camp at any time due to any reason.If attending only a segment of a camp, the cost of the camp admission can be prorated upon request.
