MTC camp features the 'big 3' dimensions of football. College level hands-on position fundamental skill development; group segments of 7on7 time and high pursuit run fits; along with developing the 'inner game' through some winning attitude sessions and notebook. It takes more to be a champion...we know that uncommon effort & attitude has everything to do with your ability to play the game the right way, and be an outstanding teammate. We think this is the premier youth football camp for all position groups in the area.

This is year 15 for the MTC Camp. We will continue with a 1 week day camp...same high intensity tempo of coaching. We look forward to having you involved to develop your gifts and help you find your inner football greatness! You will be a better football player as an MTC camper and learn many of the life skills we teach through the game of football.

**MTC will follow up-to-date public health authorities, government and local guidance and adapt safety protocols as needed.

General Practice Outline - NO-PADS/NO-CONTACT

10 mn - Warm-up
20 mn - Agility & S.A.Q. Training Teaching running form to maximize speed
20 mn - Fundamental blocking or tackling technique circuit
25 mn - Offensive position specific techniques (QB, WR, RB, OL)
05 mn - Break
15 mn - Fundamental turnover or pursuit circuit
25 mn - Football - defensive position specific techniques (DL, LB, DB)
20 mn - Passing league games *Everyone touches the ball!! Organized by age and experience

Post practice - Sportsmanship or leadership lesson

Thursday night testing combine - Official 40/ 10/ Vertical/ NFL Shuttle/ Strength test
