Welcome to Move Right Track and Field Camps at MidAmerica Nazarene University.


Our camps are designed to teach you the fundamentals of your event or events in Track & Field. The emphasis will be on providing you a great fun-filled learning experience. You will be taught skills and techniques that will help you improve and better yourself as a athlete both on and off the track.

Holiday ELITE Speed and Power Mechanics for Track & Field

Age Range: 14-18 years of age (9-12 Graders)


Move Right Winter Track & Field Camp is open to .....
Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps, Athletes Looking To Increase Their Form and Speed (There will be no throwing events taught at this camp). All Coaches Attend For Free!


Cost: $75.00 per athlete - Early Bird Discount ($85.00 AFTER December 17th, 2019). Walk-ups are welcome!


What to Bring/Wear
- Running Shoes AND Track Spikes
- Running Shorts
- Athletic T-Shirt
- Change of Clothes For Day Two (Showers are available the evening after the first day)
- Tent/Sleeping Bag/Pillows and Blankets
- Snacks (we provide meals, bring your own snacks if you have a preference)

Check-in: Players should check in about 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
