Player’s Initiative is a newly opened company which has all profits go to the communities of Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA. Players’ Initiative was started by University of Delaware Men’s Basketball player Christian Ray. It is the mission of Players’ Initiative to use the newly founded rules of Name, Image and Likeness to give back. Players’ Initiative will also run community events such as basketball clinics to help raise money.
