Description
We are proud to announce LTA Shooting Clinics with Lafayette Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator, Erik Adamson. Boys in grades 4th through 12th are invited to join (their respective) 90-minute sessions designed to teach all the way from the basic fundamentals to more advanced techniques and skills for effective shooting, dodging, and stickwork. Each session is geared toward individual development for those looking to take their game to the next level! Although each session will have a more offensive focus, defensemen and LSM’s looking to improve their shooting, stickwork, and footwork are more than welcome to join!
Each session will focus on drills and skills to improve technique & mechanics, as well as teach new moves utilized by elite athletes at the next level. Both sessions will coach all aspects of shooting/dodging: catching/passing with proper technique, form and fundamentals, step-downs, shooting on the run, and inside finishing. Each session has limited spots so players are able to get the attention they need to improve their specific game on an individual basis.
Come learn from the current Lafayette Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator, former MLL Pro, and Denver Lacrosse All American and National Champion to improve your skillset and further develop your game!

WHERE WE PLAY
Fisher Stadium
A 13,132-seat multi-purpose stadium, Fisher Stadium is home to Lafayette’s men’s lacrosse program. It opened in 1926 as Fisher Field.
During 2006 and 2007, the venue underwent a $33 million renovation. It reopened in time for the 2006 season complete with new seating, a JumboTron, a new press box, FieldTurf, and field lighting.

Kirby Sports Center
Kirby Sports Center is the home to the majority of Lafayette Athletics, built in 1973.
The recreation area features a distinctive atrium overlooking Fisher Stadium and the Kamine Gymnasium, which includes three 50-by-84-foot courts for basketball and other sports and an elevated 1/10-mile jogging track. The Buck Courts include six courts for racquet sports, two for squash and four that can be configured for squash or racquetball. A 6,600-square-foot fitness center and weight room includes a full strength-training circuit, spacious free-weight area, and more than 30 cardiovascular machines. There is also a 35-foot climbing wall, an aerobics area, and several offices.
The original facility, which contains Ruef Natatorium, is home to several varsity sports teams. It has been enhanced to include a new sports medicine area and a new equipment room and renovated locker rooms and administrative offices. The lobby and Athletic Hall of Fame exhibitory have been completely modernized.
Major support for the sports center was provided by the F.M. Kirby Foundation, which made a $32.5 million gift to Lafayette, the largest gift ever received by a college, university, or other non-profit organization in the Lehigh Valley.
Maroon Club Strength Center
Aside from strength coach offices, the facility floor space is devoted entirely to workout equipment. Included among the numerous apparatus are complete free weight work stations, seven power rack stations and six bench presses. The additional equipment allows student-athletes to cut their weight room time in half, giving them time for academic work or other activities.
