Boys and Girls of all skill levels are welcome to attend this basketball camp to improve their basketball game.
The camp will focus on improving fundamental skills that are crucial in the game of basketball. There will be daily work with ball handling, shooting, passing, moving without the ball, defense, and team concepts. Each camper will receive individualized instruction and will leave camp with a report card and suggestions for what they should work on to take their game to the next level.
Each day there will be a guest speaker who will spend time talking and demonstrating a particular skill. This year there will be an even bigger surprise guest speaker!
Mike Smelkinson's Basketball Advanced Skills Camps are independently run and are not a Harford Community College-sponsored program.
Please make sure to know the drop off and pick up times for your camp. Check in will start 45 minutes prior to the beginning of each camp. All campers will receive a t-shirt at sign-in on the first day of camp.
A Waiver & Medical Release Form will be attached to your email confirmation. It is also available on the website. Please print, fill out, sign and deliver this form to the registration check in on the first day of camp. You cannot attend camp without this form.
This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp.
