Girls Ages: 13-18 | Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 3:00pm
The purpose of the clinic is to provide a competitive training environment for prospective student-athletes who are interested in playing college soccer. The focus of the clinic will be on technical, tactical, and small-sided training along with 11 v 11 games. The sessions will be conducted by the SUNY Geneseo Women's Soccer coaching staff along with current members of the team.
Equipment: Bring own cleats/turf shoes, shin guards, and socks. Balls and water will be provided.
Camp Director: Nate Wiley
Nate Wiley begins his 14th season as head coach of the SUNY Geneseo women's soccer program after taking over the position in January of 2006. He enters the 2019 season with a record of 144-72-30 (.667), while guiding the Knights to SUNYAC Championship titles and NCAA Division III Tournament appearances in 2009, 2014, 2017 and the previous season in 2018. The 2017 season culminated in the team finishing in the Sweet 16, only the second time in program history. Wiley also received USC Regional Coaching Staff of the year honors in 2017 for the second time in his career and the SUNYAC Coach of the Year in 2018, also for the second time in his career.
