2013 Residential Camp at FMU

This camp is designed for advanced players (ages 13-18), specifically those playing at the high school and select levels.
A high-level training environment is created that ensures the player will improve throughout the course of the week. Goalkeepers will receive special instructions specific to their position.

The summer camp will be under the direction of the new head Men's Soccer Coach John Campbell. Coach Campbell has a combined record of 91-36-22 record in Eight seasons and earned four invitations to the NCAA Division II National Tournament. His squads captured three Central Athletic Collegiate Conference (CACC) regular-season crowns and three conference tournament titles. His squads advanced to NCAA National Tournament in 2005, 2006, 2009, and 2010. He twice earned conference coach of the year honors and was once named the New England Region Coach of the Year.

The Camp will be held on the Beautiful Francis Marion Campus. The athletic facility boasts a new lighted natural grass game field as well as 3 highly maintained training fields.
FMU Sport Camp Policy
Persons enrolled in FMU Sport Camps will be required to
attend all sessions and to comply with the rules and regulations
of Francis Marion University governing the conduct of
all students on the campus. All absences from camp must
be discussed with the camp administrator to avoid any misunderstandings.
Each participant should have his or her own medical insurance.
An athletic trainer will always be available. Participants
are automatically enrolled in FMU's accident insurance
plan. Eligible covered expenses will be paid only if they are
in excess of other valid and collectible insurance. No physicals

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
Registration : Sunday from 11am - 12pm
Pick up : Thursday at 1:00pm
Meals will be served in the Ervin Dining hall.
Campers will reside on campus in comfortable air conditioned dormitory housing.
Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Information
Shuttles to and from the Airport are available for $5.00 each way. Contact 843-229-0472 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if shuttle service is needed.
A full refund, minus an administrative fee ($100), will be made
if cancellation is requested before the camp begins. Once
the camp begins, there will be NO refunds
