Darian Townsend


Townsend was a member of the South African mens 4×100 meter freestyle relay team that won gold and broke the world record at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece

Townsend attended the University of Arizona, where he swam for the Arizona Wildcats swimming and diving team in 2007 and 2008. He previously attended the University of Florida and competed for the Florida Gators swimming and diving team in 2005 and 2006

He was born in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

My name is Will Jonathan. I own a company called Green Rhythm Unlimited where I do sports psychology and mental performance coaching. Its my passion, my purpose, and my career. Ive worked with various athletes, competitors, and sports organizations from all over the world from the professional, college, amateur, and youth levels. I have also given talks and presentations to several university & professional athletic programs throughout the country. My clients include athletes from Major League Baseball, the PGA Tour, the UFC, as well as the Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour. I am a content creator and gaming psychology expert for ChannelFireball.com, as well as the current mental performance coach for the Florida Gulf Coast University Womens Swimming & Diving Team, an NCAA Division 1 Program.
