Description

The Beach Skills camp is an opportunity for players to significantly improve their beach doubles volleyball skills. This camp will consist of four fairly intensive training sessions designed to resemble serious team practices. Instruction in proper skill technique and beach doubles strategies will be provided in addition to participation in challenging drills applicable to game situations.  Instructors for this camp include current Co-Head Coaches Ruben Volta and Ed Jackson along with current Sacramento State beach volleyball athletes. 

 

This camp is limited to 32 campers.

Please check in 30 minutes prior to the start time on the first day only.

 

Waiver Information

Please be sure to read the attached liability release form and provide all information requested. The parent/ legal guardian must sign the liability release form before any child can participate. You may either send the liability form in ahead of time to ( Hornet Volleyball, 6000 J Street, Sacramento CA 95819-6099) or bring with you to check-in on the first day. ..... Download Waiver Form

Beach volleyball camps will be held at the Livermore Community Park, located in Folsom on 6004 Riley Street. From Highway 50, get off the Folsom Blvd exit. Turn left from the offramp onto Folsom Blvd. About 1.5 miles later, turn right onto Blue Ravine Rd. Another 1.5 miles later, turn right onto Riley Street. Livermore Park will be on your right side, a half mile up the road.

Parking is FREE.

Refund Policy: In case of an emergency, campers may request a refund of their registration fee. Please email edward.jackson@csus.edu with your request. Online registration fees are non-refundable.

All Sacramento State camps are open to any and all entrants per NCAA rules, but are limited as noted by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
