Welcome to Chris Gnehm Camps at Palm Beach Atlantic University. We are committed to providing camps that are both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn! Our staff is dedicated to the development and growth of soccer players of all skill levels.

Chris Gnehm Camps offer an opportunity for players to receive valuable training while being evaluated by college coaches. Our goal is to provide a positive and instrumental learning experience for all, in a structured, enthusiastic and fun environment.

A member institutions sports camp or clinic shall be open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.

Description

Sailfish Soccer camps at Palm Beach Atlantic University is excited to announce our College Prep/ residential ID camp. This camp is designed for the player who want to take their game to the next level while experiencing all that Palm Beach Atlantic University and the local West Palm Beach area has to offer.

 

The Palm Beach Atlantic University Staff, our players, and other local college coaches will put the girls through technical and tactical sessions. We will put the campers through college level training sessions and then see how this translates in our 11 v 11 games. Additional areas of emphasis include speed & agility training, nutrition, and academic preparation. We will introduce the weight room, and give each camper a simple straight forward strength and conditioning program, they can implement. Finally we will be giving a mental session, to help address and answer questions about this part of the game and your training.

 

We are excited to be offering a Goalkeeper School along with camp. We will put goalkeepers through a variety of exercises to teach all the proper technical skills related to goalkeeping. This training along with teaching goalkeepers the tactical nuances of being a successful GK in today's game will be addressed.

What if I have to cancel a camp?

We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
