Ashley Mazzoli

Head Coach

Ashley Mazzoli is in her third season as head field hockey coach at American International College in 2016, after serving as an assistant the previous five seasons.

In her first year at the helm in 2015, Mazzoli guided AIC to the NE-10 Semifinals after an impressive 11-7 regular season. The Jackets hosted the Quarterfinals and defeated Assumption, 2-1.

Under Mazzoli Jenna Masionis shattered the points and goal records for the program while becoming the first 100-point scorer in school history and becoming the fifth All-American at the college.


Linsey Fernandes

Assistant Coach

Linsey Fernandes is in her second season as the assistant coach for AIC field hockey.

Fernandes returns to AIC after graduating in 2012 with a degree in biochemistry. She was a four-year starter for the field hockey team and became the programs second NFHCA All-American and is still the only Yellow Jacket to earn All-American accolades three times.

Fernandes sandwiched a First-team nod during her junior campaign in 2010 between a pair of Second-team accolades. Fernandes, a native of Canada, was also a three-time Northeast-10 First-team All-conference selection as well as being a member of the All-rookie squad after her freshman season.
